The Nyamasheke District is home to some of our favourite Rwandan producers and Gatare was processed at the Mahembe washing station, owned by our partner Justin Musabyimana. At an altitude of 1700 to 1900m, the Red Bourbon cherries slowly, develop their fresh complexity. Expect delicious layers of fruit and elegant texture.
