Due to the perishable nature of our freshly roasted coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on food items; however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every brew. For equipment and non-perishable goods, we offer a 14-day return window provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original condition and send them to our Berlin roastery using a tracked shipping service.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
